The Ecolution Challenge begins on December 1 and runs through December 30. For those ready to dive even deeper, we offer a 42-day marathon that extends until January 11. This extended program provides you with even more insights, resources, and opportunities for personal growth. At the end of your journey, recipients of our challenge will be honored with a symbolic medal and a certificate, recognizing your commitment to positive change.

What is the Cost of Participation?

Participation is absolutely free! All we ask is that you bring your enthusiasm, a willingness to learn, and a commitment to embracing a more ethical lifestyle. Ecolution seeks to make veganism accessible to everyone—no matter your background or financial situation. We believe that good food should be accessible to all.

What Does “Veganism” Mean?

During the challenge, participants will try to live a vegan lifestyle, which means excluding all kinds of meat, dairy products, eggs, and honey from the diet; and refusing to use any products obtained through the exploitation of animals. If you’re wondering why the above products are not considered vegan and how to uphold a moral‑ethical minimum in everyday life, we will answer these questions in detail during the challenge. In the meantime, you can visit Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Veganism) or talk to an artificial intelligence.
